Auto polarimeter from Rudolph, USA has been procured with CFR 21, Part 11 compliance against polarimeter being used in other IV industries.
Auto Titratrator is being used against conventional method being used in other IV fluid industries.
UHPLC 1290 has been installed which is 3rd machine of its type being installed in India.
Automatic Robotic Arm Glass filling machine with Vacuuming & Nitrogen Purging is being used for filling of specialty products.
Pamas Liquid Particle Counter, Germany has been installed for Liquid Particle Count test which is first time in IV fluid industry as per the vendor.
For handling of pathogens Bio Safety Cabinet Level 2 has been installed to protect any contamination to the environment & for the safety of person handling pathogens.
Both Microbiology & Sterility area are working in under Grade A surrounded by Grade B. First WHO-GMP company to follow this guideline.
First IV fluid company in central India to have Walk-in Stability chambers. 3 more such chambers are proposed.
First Company to implement SAP B1 with Pharma Module in which all the BPCRs, COAs, Deviation etc. will be done paperless.
